Just a tip regarding podcasts: could it be possible to put the full mp3 link (http://blog.vidoop.com/wp-content/uploads/LukeCrouch.mp3) in the html instead of just in the javascript?

If you do so, that allows remixing services to extract the link to the mp3 more easily...  see for example the greasemonkey script I use to get mp3 links into my podcast listening queue in a few clicks: 
http://pascal.vanhecke.info/2006/09/12/cathing-loose-mp3s-with-greasemonkey-and-delicious/

You might even consider the Haudio microformat :-)</description>
