myVidoop text messaging outage
Our text messaging service provider has reported to us that their service is down. As a result, myVidoop cannot send or receive text messages today. We are working with our service provider to resolve this issue as fast as possible. We’ll keep you posted.
UPDATE: Service has been restored. Some of you may have received text messages that had backed up all at once. Do not worry, that was normal. If you have any issues, please contact us.
