myVidoop plugin gives IE users more security, peace of mind
Internet Explorer remains the most widely used web browser on the planet, with TheCounter.com stats tracking website recently reporting that IE is currently used by more than 81% of the world’s internet surfing population. Even so, while Mozilla Firefox users have for some time enjoyed the benefits of added security and convenience by using the myVidoop browser plugin, IE users have been left without the similar opportunities on their browser of choice beyond the previously mentioned Add Anywhere bookmarklet solution. Until now.
This week Vidoop launched the long awaited beta version of the IE browser plugin, which can be downloaded from myVidoop once you have logged into the site using IE 6.0 or above.

Besides some visual differences specific to the IE browser, the plugin is designed to function exactly the same as its Firefox counterpart. However, as said the plugin is in beta, which means there are still some kinks we’re working out, but honestly, we’re very proud of the tool, and are excited to put it out there and let you kick the tires and take it for a spin around the block. And since this is considered beta, we welcome your feedback, positive or negative. Hopefully positive.
Once the plugin is installed in IE, you can be off to the races saving passwords and securing your online identity using myVidoop, no longer the subject of barbs from your Firefox-using friends. myVidoop, bringing people together, one plugin at a time.
