Bug Report: Ordered secret categories

Selecting the ‘Require my secret categories to be entered in the same order every time’ option on the ‘My Image Shield’ tab may cause a users’ Image Shield to be unsolvable. We expect to have this issue resolved within the hour.

UPDATE 2:35PM

The issue has been fixed.  Selecting ‘Require my secret categories to be entered in the same order every time’ is fully operational.

What if I still can’t log in?

If you selected ‘Require my secret categories to be entered in the same order every time’ recently and are unable correctly enter your access code, you should use ‘Account Recovery’ from the home page to reselect your secret categories.
